For custom orders, the shipment time depends on the complexity of the customization you request. But don’t worry, every time you place an order, custom or a ready-made one, we send you a confirmation email with the expected dispatch date.

Please note that you can’t initiate a cancellation process once the order has been dispatched. However, you can still return it once you have received the parcel. Our team will look into your case and authorize a return, refund, or exchange after evaluating the product.
